CLEBURNE, Texas - The Cleburne Railroaders have placed Rafael Palmeiro on the Disabled List and signed LHP Jeff Dally, the club announced Friday. Palmeiro, 53, has been dealing with an ongoing knee injury and has not played since Aug. 8 in Winnipeg.
