FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Osvaldo Hernandez of the TinCaps is the Midwest League's 2018 Left-Handed Pitcher of the Year and Fort Wayne's Travis Radke is the Midwest League's 2018 Left-Handed Reliever of the Year.
