The Tri-City Dust Devils (13-23) came away with the 3-2 win in extra innings over the Spokane Indians on Tuesday night to open the home series. In the bottom of the tenth inning Franklin Torres was the hero for the Dust Devils to secure the walk-off win. Starting pitcher Hector Yan got a no-decision after his best outing of the season.
