April 22, 2024 - PHILADELPHIA - Today, it was announced that the Philadelphia Wings and Paul Day have mutually agreed to a new contract for Day to serve as the team's general manager. The new, two-year agreement runs through the 2025-2026 season and includes a team option for a two-year extension through the 2027-2028 season. Day has served as both head coach and general manager since joining the organization in 2017. April 21, 2024 - Entering Sunday afternoon's matchup with the Rochester Knighthawks, Zach Higgins was only 45 saves away from tying Anthony Cosmo's NLL record of 752 saves in a season with one game to go. Higgins had averaged just about 39 saves per game through the first 17 games this season, and once again Higgins saw a lot of rubber. Ultimately, Higgins made 49 saves on 68 shots, setting a new NLL record with 757 saves in the 2023-2024 season.

April 20, 2024 - The Wings weren't in action Saturday night, but a game with huge implications for the Wings 2024 offseason took place in Halifax as the Thunderbirds defeated the Colorado Mammoth 14-10.
At the trade deadline, Paul Day traded forward Taggart Clark to the New York Riptide in exchange for their first-round selection in the 2024 NLL draft, which coincidentally was from the Colorado Mammoth. After the trade, the Mammoth have gone 1-4, losing their final four games of the season. This losing run sealed Colorado's fate at the bo... Full Story
April 13, 2024 - The Wings got back on track in Denver on Friday night as they jumped on the Mammoth early and never looked back.
The Wings were helped to a five-goal lead with first quarter goals from Joe Resetarits, Ben McIntosh (2), Mitch Jones, and Holden Cattoni. Colorado started to show signs of life in the second quarter, cutting the Wings lead to 5-3 before Resetarits and Jones scored in the final minute of the half to take a 7-3 lead into the halftime break.
