Chicago Red Stars Announce Roster Updates
September 16, 2024 - CHICAGO - The Chicago Red Stars have removed defender, Maxi Rall, from the 45-day injury list and have come to a mutual agreement with defender, Sami Feller, to terminate her contract. With these transactions, the Red Stars roster now adheres to the 26-player National Women's Soccer League roster limit. Rall joined the Red Stars in the offseason from FC Bayern Munich. NC Courage Grants Release of Defender Maya McCutcheon from National Team Replacement Contract
September 16, 2024 - CARY, N.C. - The North Carolina Courage has granted defender Maya McCutcheon the release from her national team replacement contract, allowing her to sign with Wellington Phoenix FC of the Australian A-League women. McCutcheon has been with the team in some capacity since preseason, starting as a non-roster invitee and signing a pair of replacement contracts throughout the season. September 16, 2024 - The North Carolina Courage played to a 1-1 draw in their first matchup against National Women's Soccer League expansion team Bay Area FC in front of 6,837 fans for Star Wars Night at WakeMed Soccer Park Friday evening.
