Bridgewater, NJ - The Somerset Patriots (5-4) defeated the New Jersey Blasters (4-5) 3-1 at TD Bank Ballpark on Friday night to take the lead in the SOMERSET Professional Baseball Series. The Patriots took an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning on an RBI single by Sean Guida.
